
Aunt Jemima® Mexican Pizza Sandwich

Ingredients
100 slices Aunt Jemima® French Toast, heated (SKU 05870)
125 Eggs, scrambled, cooked
50 Pork sausage patties (1 oz. ea), cooked
3-1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 qt. Salsa, tomato, mild
Preparation
- To serve, place 1 piece of hot French toast on plate.
- Top with approximately 2 oz. hot scrambled eggs.
- Top eggs with 1 hot sausage patty.
- Top sausage patty with 2 Tbsp. salsa.
- Top salsa with 1 oz. cheese.
- Place second piece of hot French toast on top of cheese to make a delicious sandwich.
- Repeat the build for the other 49 servings.
*For an Italian Pizza Sandwich, omit salsa and cheddar cheese and replace with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and a basil leaf.
